The Jobu Design Jobu Jr. (BWG-J2) is a compact size gimbal head that puts the user in full control of his shooting experience.
This gimbal head provides the best overall design layout, best materials, and best userfriendly experience over any other comparable tripod head. This sidemount design is purposefully compact to allow it to fit into a small backpack with the rest of your equipment. Cast Aluminium Arm - The gimbal arm is tough, rigid, and best of all, extremely light.

Light Weight - The complete gimbal head weighs only 0.62kgs (1.32lbs). That is 1/2 the weight of our next lightest head, the BWG-LW.

Smooth Operation - All parts are polished and anodized to give the smoothest operation and toughest clamping force - with minimal effort.

Ergonomic Knobs - The knobs are very soft over moulded rubberized plastic, very easy to turn and easy on your hands.
The Jobu Jr.2 is physically strong enough to hold a 300mm f/2.8 or a 500mm f/4 lens, although if these (or other large lenses) are your primary glass, we suggest you move up to the BWG-LW or HD as the size and stiffness of the bigger gimbals are a big improvement. The primary usage for this light weight gimbal head is to create a lightweight Hiking/Travelling kit - so please do not under buy, ask us if you are uncertain.
A top-mount design adapter (HM-J2) an L-shaped bracket to convert the sidemount to a perfectly centered top-mount is available for users who want to utilize the benefits of such a layout.
